Complaint Escalation Matrix

We resolve every complaint as soon as possible, and not later than 21 days from the day we receive it, as SEBI's Investor Charter for Research Analysts requires.

Level 1 — Client Relations / Support

Level 2 — Compliance

If the issue is compliance-related, or you are not satisfied with the Level 1 response:

Level 3 — SEBI SCORES 2.0 or RAASB

If your complaint is not resolved within 21 days, or you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may lodge it on SCORES 2.0 or by email to the designated email ID of the Research Analyst Administration and Supervisory Body (RAASB, presently BSE Limited).

Level 4 — Online Dispute Resolution

If you are still not satisfied, you may file the complaint on the SMART ODR platform for resolution through online conciliation or arbitration.
